Ordering within The Netherlands
All orders from the Netherlands contain €4,95 shipping through DHL.

Ordering from Europe
All orders from Europe (excluding The Netherlands) contain a shipping fee of €12.95 through PostNL.

Ordering from outside of Europe
All orders from outside of Europe contain a shipping fee of €19,95 through PostNL.

Handling time

Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
Otherwise it will be processed within 48 hours of you placing the order (excluding weekends) using PostNL or DHL depending on your location and fastest available service (see above).

Shipping time
Typical delivery time frame for Europe is 2-5 Days after sending the item and 3-7 business days for the rest of the world. However, you may receive your items earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

Please keep in mind that issues with the courier are out of our control and in some rare cases this might add extra delivery time.
