All pieces are in used state and therefore cannot be canceled, returned and or exchanged unless there are stains or damages that we did not mention.

Knoxx only sells 100% authentic pieces which are handpicked and quality checked. In case you are doubting the authenticity of an item ones you receive your order, feel free to email us at knoxx.europe@gmail.com and we will reply within 24 hours.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed so please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with the order.

If your item arrives faulty/damaged please report this within one week of receiving the piece, providing photo evidence to knoxx.europe@gmail.com .
